I just had my 07 JKU aligned after lots of front end work. I installed a Rebel coil over set up and installed new tie rod ends. The first attempt at aligning revealed a worn unit bearing. I had to bring it back from shop and wait for the bearing kit from Teraflex to arrive. I installed the new unit bearing on the Tera 60 and took it back to the shop yesterday. These are the numbers before and after. It runs nice. It "wandered" before, now it is dead straight and rolls easier and a little quieter. The specs are dana 60 high pinion, big brakes, 40" patagonias.

WOW! Can't complain about those numbers!

Good to have some feedback! I have no clue what good numbers are. Teraflex said 5.5º-7.0º on the castor is optimal. My shop (who does a lot of dana 60's) said 4º to 5º is a good target.

I will say it is quieter and rolls much easier.

Teraflex put a 0.5º castor adjuster on the passenger side, which they said was for road crown optimization. We decided to leave that in there, which is why there is a half degree difference in castor. I have no clue if it is real or rainbow unicorns.
