That is correct. they also didn't notice that the transmission mount needs to be replaced because its causing a vibration at idle and low rpm. I am taking it back to them on Monday with the estimate from the new shop. Hopefully they will rectify this situation and fix it back to the way it was...

The ones on the driver's side were like that (at least 2 that I saw) and the passenger's side ones seemed pretty decent and straight from what I could tell. I plan on getting any damaged body mounts repaired through insurance so just hoping it wont take too long for them to get it done at this...
