Factory bulbs

Fuses and relays have been checked. I've been concerned about the TIPM due to so many codes but is there a way to test this? Brake pedal switch was replaced less than a year ago and worked fine but stopped suddenly within the last month.

I'm begging for help at this point. This Jeep will be the death of me. Besides an intermittent starting issue, now my turn signals don't work and my brake lights aren't working either. I've got a million codes pulled with my reader. I've traced wiring diagrams until I can't see straight...
