Update. Got tires balanced again for the 3rd time in a week. Checked the axle center as blackjku suggested. It's the same on both sides. Still have the death wobble at 50 mph. I took a video of it underneath the vehicle and sent it to the mechanic that did the work. He said he wants to check...

I didn't. It started in December. The axle was installed in August. I had no problem with death wobble before I'm going back today to get them to check it. Last week they said all of them were out of balance. After getting them balanced and rotated, it rode perfect for a jeep for 3 or 4 days...

Adjustable control arms, adjustable track bar on front. Not sure about the rear. I can only assume the axles are centered since it was done by a jeep mechanic. My tire pressure stays between 30 and 32 psi. After the rotation and balance which was the last thing I did, it went away for about 3 days.
