And update. It stopped on its on... For now... It didn't stop after tying the battery cables together for an hour... But it didn't honk during testing or running around... So I still have know idea WTH is going on lol. Jeeps probably possessed. I will keep trying to track it down.

They are fully disconnected from the battery for this. It drains any residual electricity held in the capacitors in all the computers etc...
