I found it, on top of the front differential. I was routing the cable all places it would fit for the pictures. This wasn't see from the rear where I first found the cable.

I just bought a 2007 JKU Rubicon. I have a white weatherpack connector that is not connected near the front differential. There is a connected one at the front differential for the front lock. Any idea where this gets connected?
