No oil coming from the oil cooler that I can see from the top and no oil drops underneath

Right when I start up my car for the day and head up the road I get a odor that smells like oil or Grease. The smell doesn't linger around for long. I've looked for leaks and haven't found any not even around the engine oil cooler. This has been going on for awhile just can't seem to track it...
