    Spray painting hardtop?

Has anyone tried spray painting your hardtop? My hardtop is grey and I would like to paint it black. Any tips or advice?

New to me 2012 Gecko Sport

Thanks I think so too. I’ll put some kind of rock rail on it. Maybe the stock rubicon one.

Good points - I've never been a fan of spacers either.

Replacing flat fender flares with OEM

Ok - may be a dumb question but there are 2 sizes of rivets with the OEM flares. Do the larger rivets go on the lip of the flares or are they for connecting the flare to the wheel well liners? Also - does anyone know how long the 10mm bolts are that attach the wheel well liner to the body?

My daily is a “smoked mesquite” (brown) Toyota Tundra. Much less shocking and easier to live with.

I probably wouldn’t be up for this color as a daily driver (would get old) but for a weekend you, I live how obnoxious it is. 🤣

    255/80R17 tires with a 2.5" lift

I plan on doing some trails around Arkansas and unpaved forest roads. My last jeep (several years ago) was a 1990 YJ with 31” all terrains. I took that thing places it had no business going (got it stuck a few times too). I’m not planning on doing any rock crawling or anything too hardcore. It...

Thanks! The cowl covers were hiding a dent as I expected - going to have a paintless dent guy take care of it soon. The fit on the slick rock pockets is really great - super easy install.

    255/80R17 tires with a 2.5" lift

I'm going back to stock fender flares soon. My understanding was that you could squeeze in 35" tires with a 2.5" lift but would have some rubbing issues? I'm more interested if anyone has run that narrow of a 33" tire and how it looks / works?

    255/80R17 tires with a 2.5" lift

Thinking about going with a BFG Mud Terrain in this size. Wondering if anyone has run this sized tire on a stock rim? I'd like to have the tires not sticking outside of the fender flares or rubbing when I turn. Thoughts?

Many thanks. Any idea on the fender flare liners? Are they necessary?

Replacing flat fender flares with OEM

My jeep came with steel flat fender flares. I am wanting to go back to OEM and have a few questions: - I know you need the front fender flare supports but do you also need fender flare liners? - The bolts for the fender flare supports are M6x1x25...

How many wheels and tires can you fit inside a stock 2-door JK?

thanks for that response - I was really hoping the answer was 4 inside - lol. Would stacking 3 flat be too tall?
