Thanks for advice though. Every time I put new starter in, turns over immediately without issue. But looking into crankshaft position sensor for now and trying to trace down the ground wire for starter from battery to make sure it’s clean with good connection.

I’ve gone through 5 starters in 2 months. Read different feed about not starting when engine is hot and I’m having similar issues with mine. If I try to start it while it’s hot winds up frying starter.

No, they were all duralast refurbished starters. Most smelled hot/fried. My research, and limited mechanical knowledge has me leaning towards a bad ground. Just can’t seem to track it down. Having problems running cable tracing. Relay seems good, but might replace that anyways to be safe.

Need to replace my clutch. I have about 150,000 miles. I’m also replacing my rear main seal. Looking for suggestions about which clutch kit to get for my jeep. Primarily a daily driver with occasional trail/mudding. I just don’t want to buy a clutch and then have to replace it again in a few months.
