I ordered a new starter relay fuse. When it gets here, I'm going to pull the TIPM, ECM, etc and clean everything before reinstalling it. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Yup, I checked everything in the fuse box very recently and wasn't getting issues. Does the power have to be on to check that relay?

No power to OBD could be a PCM issue though. Ugh. My radio was working just fine too, I guess I'll tear it out tomorrow and see if that solves anything.

Every ground cable has been replaced. Frame and engine. I got the Jeep Cables package to do it.

I have ProComp LED headlights and fog lights installed for the past three years and both sets have been excellent so far.

I have metal aftermarket inner fenders but I didn't put them on. I live in New Mexico, and having been in LE here I can tell you they only look to make sure you have a mirror and at least one working headlight.

If you don't use NGK or Mopar (which are NGK), they're more than likely going to throw codes.
