Lol, I feel like an idiot. I did just this after I posted. Now in trying to fish the plastic piece out of the hole inside my door! It slipped out and fell in their and it’s a pain to get out.

Help! I was replacing the small plastic piece that connects to the metal rod in my rear door. While doing so I latched the door while it was open and now I can’t open the latch in order to close my door. Any advice on how to open the latch manually so I can close my door?

Well, I got it for 13k out the door. 110k miles, excellent condition, near perfect carfax. It was very well maintained within recommended service timeframe. I think I’ll be happy. I’m always nervous tho when buying a car, especially used.

Test drive was excellent. I crawled underneath and there was slight oil on the transfer case. Is this something that raises a red flag?
