@BLACKJKU I let the air bleed out until it stopped gurgling and yes there is fluid in the reservoir.

Power Steering unit, I’m 100% positive it’s not working, since the steering wheel is like a 100lb brick to move back and forth, unless your moving and turning at the same time which makes it a little easier. Or is there anything else that could cause this issue? Thanks. @Chris
