Bear in mind, the left side and the right side for those lights are fused separately. At least on my 2014 Rubicon they are. Look for the other fuse. The right side may not be right next to the left side.

When you put the bolts back don't be stingy with the Anti-seize compound.

Somewhere on the engine (you'll have to do a search) Is a sensor that tells the engine, when it's warm enough, to go out of limp mode. You might want to check it like you have the other sensors. May be nothing but it can't hurt to check it.

Also check any ground wire near wher the trans work was done. Since the advent of the OBD system came out a bad ground will make a jeep electrical system do real strange things. Also it wouldn't hurt to see if all the wire connectoers are plugged in tight.

I have a 2014 wrangler... don't know about yours but mine has a fuse for each side.
