I would do the following, replace non replaced coil packs, it is a do it yourself job, unhook pod lights as suggested and find a different dealership or private mechanic. The Dealership failed you, why go back to them.

Have you checked the wiring? When it does not work keep it on and check wiring connections for power. Grounding issue, sounds intermittent which sounds like a connection.

The battery test from auto parts stores tells you how much of the battery is left ..10%..50% and so on. Just because it happened after you changed the oil is a coincidence. How many time have you had a shop do a repair and like 2 weeks later a new problem..happens.
