If you had the coolant drained out you'll need to burp the cooling system, remove the cap raise the front up about 6" and start the Jeep. Then as the coolant lowers add some more to it.
I always heard those 1.9's make a good swap, you might check with Novak to see if they can help you.

Only way to tell if you have the high flow Cats is when you keep getting Downstream CELS as far as I know. Unless your buying them new then they should be letting you know about that.
That is called a O2 Fooler and is used in the downstream O2's when aftermarket Cats are used. The Aftermarket Cats will not let the ECM like those Cats.
