Have you checked the shifter cable bushings on each end of the cable?

    First time JK owner

I have the BBK long tube headers and high flow cats on mine, but you won't really notice a whole lot of extra power, plus you'll need O2 foolers on the down stream O2's. The only reason I put the headers on was because I needed a completely new exhaust system because of cheap headers and hacked...

Instead of removing the Cats and then having more problems just get a Pedal Commander or a similar throttle enhancer. You'll think that you have put a bigger engine in it.

Problem started again when the warm weather came back

You can also put dielectric grease on the terminals when bolting them down to help with corrosion.

    3 thermostats in 6 months

    No Heat From 2007 JK

Most of us raise the front of the Jeep up about 6-8" and remove the radiator cap and start the Jeep up and just let it idle. Watch for the coolant to drop and add as needed, you probably have a air pocket in it.

Do both of you have a automatic transmission, there's a issue with the automatic transmissions torque converter staying locked in and causing the engine to overheat.

4wd light stays on all the time

There's a switch on the T-case for the light I believe it could be loose or bad. I notice it looks like you have oversize tires on it did you recailibrate the speedometer for them? That will cause shifting issues with the trans and also a speeding ticket because your speedometer isn't reading...

What about your battery cable clamps, still using the Factory ones?

    2011 JK error code

I haven't heard very good about Bosch, I and others have used NTK. Also if you still have the junk factory battery clamps replace them with some good heavy duty ones. These Jeeps are electrical nightmares and the electronics have to have a good ground. https://www.ngk.com/ntk-oxygen-sensors-ngk

    Brake Work Gone Bad

Sounds like a problem with the rubber lines collapsing on the inside and not letting the brakes release.

Scared to drive ol' Red: another death wobble story

The easiest way to check to see if your Jeeps axles aren't centered put a board against the tire on 1 side and look at how far the tire sticks out past the fender and then do it on the other side and look. Both side have to be the same distance, then do it on the other 2 and see if the distances...

Scared to drive ol' Red: another death wobble story

Like he said^^^^ you need adjustable track bars so that the front and rear axles are centered under the Jeep.

Scared to drive ol' Red: another death wobble story

You shouldn't have over a 1/2" of movement in the steering wheel before the tire starts moving.
