285/70R17 should fit perfect without rubbing. Mine has the same lift on it with 1.5” wheel spacers with 295/70R17 and they just barely rub under the right flex, but that will be remedied with flat fenders and different rock sliders next.

Any recommendation which scanner anyone else uses.

I have rancho 2” lift springs and fox 2.0 shocks just installed and i have a nice ride now. Of course this is judging from previousy owned 1995 yj so this is lile a luxury car to me. And also i have yokohama geolander MT tires and they are a pretty good and quiet ride for mud tires.

I guess i will really find out how these yokohama geolanders do in the snow maybe this year still, just started contract on a home and moving from So Cal to Montana in a couple months.

I have to say i have always gone with all terrains until i purchased this jku and it has Yokohama geolander M/T tires. I am amazed how quiet and nice they drive on the highway for a mud terrain tire.

For the price of about $130 per shock for fox a new set would probably more cost effective than rebuilding unless you are able to do it yourself. If had to do it again knowing how these ride i would go fox again.

I tried them at all settings and they were ok. One problem i had was the front shock upper bushings were not replaced when Rancho shocks were installed by previous owner and stock rubber bushing were abused and blown out. All in all no matter how the Rancho shocks were adjusted they were not as...

Well i changed out my shocks two days ago from Rancho 9000 to Fox 2.0 and the ride is so much better.

Now i have to say in all honesty it depends on what she looks like and how she looks at me and i don’t give a damn what kind of vehicle it is, sure as hell i’ll wave back 🤣🤣🤣

I did nothing with extra ends on bracket at this time. I will probably add a bracket at the ends to crossmember for added strength, also i am going to a few small welds where brackets meets bottom edge of crossmember. I am not sure about all the extensions with ready brake onto hitch receiver...
