Don't just change the tensioner pulley, change the whole tensioner. Frank

Sounds like a resistance issue, one of the side markers is out, when you plug in the trailer, you have an additional bulb thus more resistance. Frank

It sure sounds like a fuel pressure problem.like the fuel filter is partially plugged, only happens when you load the engine. Frank

It comes to mind that when you change fluid in power steering you have to turn the wheel lock to lock rapidly 3 or 4 times to get the air out of the system. Then add fluid as needed. Frank

The Factory Rubicon rails work well, I have 1 scrape from a waterfall that I hit pretty hard, no dent, just scrape. I had the side of the jeep against the bolder, no body or fender damage, it slid the thing right around. Frank

Sounds like neutral safety switch if an automatic. Put it in neutral and try to start. Frank

X2 What BlackJKU said. I would add to use a good penetrating fluid. Kraol Oil comes to mind. You will probably have to do this a few times and keep working the door. Frank

Ok , didn't know about fuel filter, but I would still check fuel pressure. It sounds like vapor lock, if the fuel pressure isn't up to snuff, it might be enough to fire the injectors, but not enough to over come vapor lock. Also make sure the fuel lines are not near an exhaust or radiator hose...
