The lights arrived this afternoon. On the box it says built in Canbus anti flicker. Does this mean I don’t need to use a scanner or wire harness between the vehicle wiring and light?

What I saw was a short wire harness with a box in the middle and plugs on each end. Apparently it goes between the headlight and the vehicle wiring.

Do the little wire harnesses work?
