    Carobotor vs Stinger

I have a Boss unit and honestly wish I had saved for something nicer like a Sony or Alpine. When it works, it's barebones as hell. It will work if all you want is a back up camera and Google maps. Everything else blows.

    Overheating on 2015 JKU

Nope, everyone I have seen go that route have regretted it. The plastic flexes better than aluminum. Only good thing about the aluminum is you can theoretically repair it when it breaks. It has to do with the actual design of the JK moreso than the radiators. Too much frame flex on them. As...

    Overheating on 2015 JKU

On my third radiator and this has been the area where it leaked on the other two.

    Carobotor vs Stinger

Carobotor is some Chinesium unit that if it breaks, you're on your own. You can't even use all of it's features unless you have a 2011+.

Roof rack on a soft top?

I've never seen anything like that before. It sounds like the opposite of smart.

    Spare Tire Delete (Convince Me)

I always carry my spare and a jack. I've actually used my spare in the past year as well. Rather to have and not need than need and not have. Yeah, visibility is ass but these are not efficient vehicles by any means and like many others I just installed a camera that I can view while driving.

    RC crawlers

When I was a kid, my friend and his dad did RC car racing (they had a small league that raced at the local BMX track) and I used to tag along sometimes. I was always surprised how involved it was as I figured it was just regular toy RC cars and not radio controlled vehicles built from the ground up.

    42RLE Four Speed Automatic Overdrive

I've heard that 3k RPM is the sweet spot for 3.8s. I have an '07 auto with 4.10 gearing and 33s and my RPMs are always dead on 2k at highway speeds. 60 to 75 mph.

What did you do to your JK today?

Sounds like it would be smart to get a terminal extender. Or wire them all up to their own separate terminal and connect that to the battery terminal?

    Antenna recommendation

Such has been my experience. My Jeep came with one of those stupid .50 cal bullet antennas and my reception was absolutely garbage. Got an OEM one from a coworker that wasn't using their's and everything cleared up fine. Still using it.

    Calibrating HVAC door motors?

I hate to say it, but when it comes to JKs only use Mopar. I absolutely hate it and I have wonder if some sorcery went into these things to make it so, but that's how it is.

    Motobilt tire carrier?

That looks like the JL tire carrier, https://www.lethalperformance.com/dv8-offroad-cage-style-tire-carrier-2018-2021-wrangler-tcjl-02.html This is the JK one and its components,

    Motobilt tire carrier?

Apparently they're harder to find now because DV8 is discontinuing them.

    Motobilt tire carrier?

So I'm only on 33s but I've had mine over a year in all weather conditions and it's been fine. No rust or deteriorating of the finish, which I've heard can be an issue. No rattling. You can even remove the exterior plates and DV8 logo. Overall I'm satisfied with it but they take a bit of work to...

Can someone go look at their door seals for me?

I have the same issue although very minor and it's absolutely the door seal. Mopar makes an improved over factory seal for these - 55395275AW and 55395274AW for the front doors.
