Fluid levels where good. I heard maybe air in the system but idk how that would happen

I need some help guys, we have a 2011 70th anniversary wrangler, the heat is not working. Ive replaced the thermostat, the heater core hoses are hot. I took off the blend door actuator and manually put the blend door on hot incase that was the issue and still nothing. Blower works and blows...
