In my case, the ceramic liner/tube got sepearated from inside the powers steering hose and got sucked into the power steering box's high pressure inlet. That created blockage and started blowing pumps. Had the power steering box rebuilt and debris removed, its all good now.

So the pump blew and this started happening after replacing the pump. Also now realized that the plastic inner liner from the high pressure hose got sucked into the box's high pressure inlet. I am guessing there are debris in the system causing the issue.

I have the exact problem. How did you solve this please? Thanks in advance
