I had a similar problem. JK would run fine then Rough idle and Jk would die randomly without codes. Put in a new fuel pump but didn't fix it. I ended up having it checked by our local Jeep dealer who found the problem was a broken wire inside one of the connectors where it plugs into the fuse...

Definately take it to your local Oreilly, Autozone, etc. and have them check the battery for a bad cell. Had a similar issue with 2007 wouldn't start occasionally. Tested 12+V at the battery, but when under that starting load, it wouldn't supply the necessary amps. They found a bad cell...
