So basically the heater hose lines that go to the heater core in the firewall could be leaking ?

It's 100% the coolant, I can smell the coolant under the jeep and the skid's have green fluid dripping on the floor. And also the coolant level is low as well. Can the heater core of jeep cause the jeep to go above the temp line a little and cause the fan to kick on ?

I have no clue why, It used to get wet on that side but now it doesn't.
