Semi-hard I was referring to the top being material and the back window being glass

Newer jeep owner, only had it for a few months. I cant figure out how to get the top to seal properly. It's a semi hard top I believe the back window is hard glass side windows are plexi. I cant figure out how to get the passenger side to seal. I've watched all the videos on youtube. Anyone has...
