Not sure what your meaning by noisy, mine is really quiet compared to my 12v Cummins.

If I was out in the garage working and she couldn't find me in the house she would make my wife take her to the garage so that she could see if I was in there and OK.

She always had to know where I was at, just like a shadow following me around.

Since it stops when you apply the brakes it's probably in the pads, most have a wear piece on them that makes a noise when the pads get low.

Stone in the brake pad, pads are needing to be replaced, wheel bearing is bad.

Tons of info on it if you Google it, but you just draw a chalk line across the tread and drive back and forth across a cement or asphalt drive and then look to see how much chalk is missing. If there's still chalk on the outsides of the tires then to much air, if all the chalk is missing it...

Could be a caliper or the rubber hose, the hoses will collapse on the inside and restrict the flow of brake fluid back to the master cyl. After you go for a drive and your wheel is hot hurry up and jack it up and see if it turns.

Do the chalk test and you'll get it right.

Do you have some play in the steering wheel that your moving it back and forth to keep going straight?

Is your steering wheel centered when going straight down the road?

The only thing that would happen from low fluid is the bearings inside the center section going bad from low/no oil. Filling it up to the proper level wouldn't have saved any bad bearings.
