Aha. good to know. I dug into the loom a little more and as luck has it, the h13 connector was still in there. This was just an adaptor. I presume the other side is the same way. So lucky for me no need to get fancy crimping new connectors! I assume a straight h13 to h4 connector with ballast...

I'll take a look. When I was digging around the wires went into the normal wrapped harness, but they could have been a bit more proffesional with their wiring. Certainly wasn't an extra foot of wire in there.
